What we're looking for

  • 100-150+ acres
  • brownfield, farmland, green belt
  • sites in any areas of the UK

Ideal sites include

  • reasonable road access
  • not too far from existing settlements
  • some parts can include ponds, wetlands or woodland – as only half will be developed and the rest will be left as natural habitats
